Reduce your shipping costs
We want to keep your shipping charges a low as possible. The shopping cart option will not calculate shipping charges. Once your order is received, you will receive a Paypal invoice by email confirming your order and the actual shipping costs. Products will be shipped once the order is confirmed and payment is received.

Shipping Times
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. Some larger, heavier packages may take longer.

Damage Claims
Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if you receive a damaged package. Keep all packing material, for inspection by the shipping agency. Damaged merchandise will be replaced upon return receipt of said damaged merchandise.

Product Returns
Most products can be returned within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. We must preauthorize all returns before returns are shipped.
