A self healed crystal, just as the name states, is a crystal which has broken and healed itself with the formation of new (usually small) crystalline structure. This can be found on points which have broken from the main matrix formation as well as on crystals which exhibit a fracture in the horizontal plane.
Self healed crystals are powerful tools in healing meditations and magickal workings. Meditations which are intended for emotional or spiritual healing are especially aided by holding or sitting/laying in a formation that includes self healed crystals. The crystal having experience in healing itself will provide direction to help us heal ourselves.
